Delivery areas

We ship to all 64 districts of Bangladesh via trusted courier partners.

Shipping rates

• Inside Dhaka: ৳70 (free on orders over ৳3,000)
• Outside Dhaka: ৳130

Processing time

Orders placed before 3 PM on business days are typically packed the same day. Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays ship the next working day.

Tracking

You will receive an SMS with your tracking number once dispatched. You can also track your order on our website using your order number and phone number.

Fragile items

Appliances and glass-containing products are packed with extra care. If anything arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos — we will make it right.
